US Mag : Tell us a little bit about yourself. Your background, education etc. ??
IÕm from West Philly. IÕm new to singing so I have taken singing lessons with a great Opera singer so I learned the real technical aspects of signing. I hope to keep improving.
US Mag : We been hearing a lot about you, so we notice your starting to gain a lot of attention how does it feel?
It feels superb. You just gotta take things one day at a time and each time you wake up you feel more blessed.
US Mag : Please tell us more about your latest release ?
90Õs style inspired R&B. The instrumentals do sound new but are clearly 90s inspired. Like the instrumental for ÒHeaven In Your EyesÓ is pure 90s sounding.
US Mag : What motivates you to do your best work as a R&B singer ?
Hearing other great music. Like every time I hear a song I like or a great vocal performance it motivates me to be as great as I can be.
US Mag : Who are your musical inspirations?
Backstreet Boys and Color Me Badd are my biggest inspirations. Also Jordan Knight and Jeremy Jordan.
US Mag : Do you have any advice for anyone wanting to be a professional R&B singer ?
Take vocal lessons and start writing and recording music. Even if you are born a great singer, there is such a technical aspect that everybody should take lessons at some point. Even if you are a great tennis player, you still want some proper coaching nah mean? Also just start writing. Take a pad and pen with you everywhere or dedicate time to write.
US Mag : What are your future plans ? Your vision for the coming years.
I see some good music, some good music videos. I also see a Television Program. ThatÕs actually somewhat in the works, just early stages.
US Mag : If you could perform anywhere, in the world, where would it have to be?
Selling out Madison Square Garden is like the sign that you made it. So probably an MSG show and then go from there.
US Mag : Everybody needs time out. What do you do in your free time?
I kick back and watch some movies or binge watch some TV shows. I need to get back in the gym though!
US Mag : Are you active on social media? what’s the best way to follow you ?
