US Mag Club: What are your success habits?
I make time every day to sit down and write. Even when I don’t want to. Dedication to my craft is important if I want to succeed.
US Mag Club: Can you please tell our readers something about your upcoming books.
I am so excited to share The Misadventures of Rajak with everyone. It the second in the Misadventures series. I have also been working on rewriting The Last Bite. Since it was my freshman novel, I did not write it to its full potential, and I am now correcting that.
US Mag Club: Awesome, your book, “The Misadventures of Finn” is getting popular day by day, how does it feel?
It feels amazing. I love knowing that people are enjoying Finn. I am hoping to have the next book in the series, The Misadventures of Rajak out by spring of next year.
US Mag Club: Great, what challenges do the characters meet in the story?
Our hero, Finn encounters Werewolves, faeries, old myths and living legends. Alexander the great makes an appearance as well as the brothers Remus and Romulus. The last two are wolves, in sprit form which I feel adds a certain twist to the story.
US Mag Club: Why did you choose the name, “The Last Bite” for your book?
I had many different working titles for it when I was writing it. I settled on The Last Bite because it served as a hint of what the whole plot in the book was. Keep an eye out for the updated and rewritten version titled, “The Last bite, The Re-Vamp”
US Mag Club: What do you think is the most important part of “How Not to Become a Vampire“?
I really wanted to toe the line between moral and mortality. Given the chance, would you drink someone’s blood to become immortal? I also tried to make the different supernatural beings more relatable. Not stoic and unfeeling but frail in their emotions like us.
US Mag Club: What is the best advice you can give an aspiring author?
Sit down and write your story. Once done, rewrite it again and again until it is the best version of itself. Make sure to get a good proofreader and editor. You want to present a polished story.
US Mag Club: How would someone get your special attention?
I suppose to just say hello. A conversation has to start somewhere.
US Mag Club: What is your biggest regret?
Not starting my writing career sooner. I can’t even imagine all the stories I could have told if I had started ten years ago.
