US Mag : Tell us a little bit about yourself. Your background, etc. ??
Well, I’m 22 years old, and I’m from Buffalo New York. I go by the name of Conscious. I am a music artist making mainly Hip Hop, RNB and rap music. I started publically releasing music in 2015. From making music in the comfort of my bedroom to recording in professional studios, performing on stage, interviewed on live TV you can say it’s been a journey.
US Mag : We been hearing a lot about you, so we notice your starting to gain a lot of attention how does it feel?
I am very blessed to be in the position I am in. I am really excited to see where this all takes me, and I am ready for the ride. I am very thankful for all the love & support I have received, and couldn’t do this without it. It truly means the world to have so many people backing me and that believe in me and my movement.
US Mag : Who are your musical inspirations?
I am heavily inspired by a wide range of music & artists. If it’s good, it’s moved somehow, some way.
Some that come to mind: Drake, 50 Cent to Beastie Boys, Twenty One Pilots, Nirvana
I have used my tastes to morph my own sound.
US Mag : What are your future plans ? Your vision for the coming years.
I have so many moves in the works, it’s CRAZY. I looking into going off on a nationwide tour, releasing another full project or mixtape with music videos. Launch some FRESH new merchandise and gear.
US Mag : If you could perform anywhere, in the world, where would it have to be?
I have this VIVID dream of performing outdoors in a stadium, in the rain in front of THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of people. It’ll happen.
US Mag : Everybody needs time out. What do you do in your free time?
Anybody that’s close to me will tell you most of my free time is spent working on projects and making this dream a reality. Whether it’s running promo, recording music or networking I’m always on the move. When I do get free time I thoroughly enjoy going out on adventures, exploring nature and taking my dog Rocko on walks. I find it very rejuvenating.
