We recently interviewed the Co-founder of an international gourmet coffee company, Shane Morand who is also a Perfect Leader, brilliant Teacher and Successful Entrepreneur .
US Mag : Tell us a little bit about yourself. Your background, education etc. ?
Shane Morand :
My career began in the printing and publishing industry after graduating from College in Ottawa, Canada, which is kind of its capital and as a part of my business journey I became a avid student of Napoleon Hill book Think and Grow Rich, and my enthusiasm for personal growth and personal development led me to start my own company promoting and working with some of the top speakers, coaches and mentors in the world, people like Tony Robbins, Mark Victor Hansen …, Brian Tracy, just to name a few.
US Mag : What motivates you to do your best work as a co-founder of an international gourmet coffee company?
Shane Morand :
I love mentoring and teaching people regardless of their background, education or past experience and seeing someone go from nothing to something big really inspires me to keep going.
US Mag : From zero to $1Billion in sales in less than 5 years…Can you please share the background of this success story ?
Shane Morand :
Well we are actually talking about Coffee and tea but not just any coffee and tea it’s a coffee that makes people feel good and a coffee that is actually good for you… i don’t know about you but everyone I know drinks coffee or tea at least occasionally and if they don’t they know a lot of people who do! So once people started to drink the coffee and they started feeling good… this spread like wild fire just through one coffee lover telling another and so on. Before we knew it, we were legally operating in 53 countries worldwide..
US Mag : What is one of your favorite positive sayings or quotes ?

US Mag : Please share with us your proudest moments ?
Shane Morand :
One of my proudest moments was helping to form a historical collaboration between ORGANO International and the Napoleon Hill Foundation. Think and Grow Rich collectors edition exclusively at ORGANO International.

Believe it or not, I am getting into hot yoga… and i love to read about unusual success stories as we are living in times now that so many people are looking for hope of a bigger, brighter and more amazing future.
US Mag : What’s the biggest achievement in your career so far? ?
Shane Morand :
Bringing the treasures of the earth to the people of the world.. the treasure is not the coffee that just the genius delivery mechanism the treasure is what we are putting in the coffee that you can’t taste, see or even smell but you will feel it!
US Mag : What are your plans & hopes for the future ?
Shane Morand :
Our global unified vision is just to reach 1% of the coffee drinkers in every country we enter. I believe that goal is achievable in the next 3 to 5 years. We dare people to TRYtheCOFFEE and not tell anyone about it… It can’t be done!
