US Mag: Tell us a little bit about yourself. Your background, education, passions, etc.
The true beginning of my journey was an extraordinary experience in my childhood that turned me. Later I discovered martial arts because I happened to have an interest in eastern philosophies and then meditation. Meditation has become my daily practice until now and helped me to find myself and the direction in my life. Although I was involved in the area of IT technologies, I was focused on my spiritual path. And one of my discoveries on this path has determined the area of my current job. I think that the best choice in my life is to help others. I am strongly convinced that this is what I want to do for the rest of my life.
Beside my achievements in IT and related education I will tell you more about how I was educated for my current job. My alma mater became Hypnosis Motivation Institute, however prior to this experience I was studying hypnosis at Dr. Steve G. Jones. My next pursuit was to learn CBT and that happened at UK based university and followed to a PhD dissertation at the university of Charta.
I was born in the Czech Republic, but I live in the UK where I received citizenship.

This book is extraordinary to me, it involves a lot of findings that wait for further research. Some of the conclusions are completely new and can have a huge influence on fields such as multicultural or psycholinguistics, and hypnotherapy because in this book was described the structure of Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy.
