US Mag : First of all Please introduce yourself to the readers?
My name is Alexandru Roznovat and I am the founder of PixTeller.
Being a technology lover, I started coding in high school and during this years I’ve developed many web applications besides PixTeller, which brought me both success and failure.
I started working on PixTeller about 3 years ago and I do think this is the most complete design tool (in cloud) that can be found on the market these days.
US Mag : We been hearing a lot about you and PixTeller , so we notice your starting to gain a lot of attention how does it feel?
It was about time for my work to be appreciated, as in the last 3 years I’ve tried my best to provide customers with the best online design tool and experience. It does feel awesome to see that people all over the globe choose PixTeller to create thousands of images every single day and provide great feedback to the service.
US Mag : Who are the investors of PixTeller ?
I am the only investor and founder of PixTeller.
US Mag : Please tell our readers more about PixTeller ? And how do you make (or plan to make ) money with this?
I can honestly say that PixTeller is the most easy design platform you can find online these days. The Editor features and improvements makes it easy and fun for users to create any type of design they want. Either you need images for personal use or your business projects, you always have the templates and instruments you need to make outstanding posters, banners, business cards, presentation or just simple and personal quote pictures to share on social media platforms.
There are many Editor Functions that you cannot find on other design tools and I am always thinking about new features to make PixTeller better and user friendly for anyone, with or without design skills or technical knowledge.
US Mag : What has been one of the most exciting achievements of your career so far ?
Before PixTeller, I launched one of the first web templates store in the world: GecoTemplates (2006). I also had some ambitious projects like Niuzer.com and Sunlize.com. Although not successful in all their details, these opened new pathways for my future ideas.
Anyway, I do think that the current PixTeller version is one of my greatest achievements so far.
US Mag : What motivates you to do your best work as PixTeller founder ?
When I first created PixTeller, it was just a simple design platform where people were able to create posters and quote pictures. In about 2 years, with no marketing campaign or advertising, I’ve managed to reach about 100000 registered users. I thought of it as a great feedback and since there were so many people choosing to use my product instead of others available on the market, I thought I need to make PixTeller the best online image maker.
US Mag : What kind of training have you had, if any ?
I’ve had no training, I am my own mentor and teacher. Actually, my bachelor’s degree is for the Civil Engineering industry.
US Mag : What’s your goal in life you want to achieve next?
Trying to make people happy through design.
US Mag : Everybody needs time out. What do you do in your free time ?
In the few time I have for myself, I ride my bike in the deepest forests, spend time with friends and family, travelling, attending IT events and make new friends.
